Lisa Nikolidakis reads from her new memoir and is joined by poet Yaccaira Salvatierra and writer Nayomi Munaweera for a very special evening of memoir, poetry, and fiction.

Lisa Nikolidakis’ debut, No One Crosses the Wolf, is a powerful memoir about the traumas of a perilous childhood, a shattering murder-suicide, and a healing journey from escape to survival to recovery. Yaccaira Salvatierra is a California poet, translator, and dedicated educator to resilient, historically marginalized communities.

Nayomi Munaweera’s debut novel, Island of a Thousand Mirrors, won the Commonwealth Book Prize for the Asian Region and was short-listed for the DSC Prize and Man Asia Prizes. It was chosen as a Target Book Club book. Her second novel What Lies Between Us, won the Sri Lankan National Book Award and was short-listed for the Northern California Book Prize. She lives in Oakland, California. and is working on her third novel, a psycho-sexual literary thriller.
